The LeBron James “Triple Logoman” features three NBA logo patches from the Cleveland Cavaliers, the Miami Heat and the Los Angeles Lakers.
An exclusive LeBron James trading card is expected to sell for more than $ 7 million (AUD) at auction this week.
The LeBron James “Triple Logoman” features an 18-time NBA All-Star, along with a logo patch taken from James’ playing jersey with the Cleveland Cavaliers, the Miami Heat and the Los Angeles Lakers.
Panini, the NBA’s exclusive card producer, has created five cards as part of its 2020-2021 “Inactive” collection. However, only James’ feature patch from the single player makes the card truly one-of-a-kind.

The card was found during a live social media event that sparked a year-long search among collectors, even attracting the attention of Canadian rapper Drake, who bought 10 cases of basketball cards to try to identify it.
“The best comparison I can make for the modern reader is the imagined Willie Wanka [and] The Chocolate Factory is looking for that gold ticket, “Ken told Golden Reuters, the executive chairman of the Golden Auction.
“And then imagine that there was only one gold ticket instead of five.”
The most expensive modern trading card to be collected is the Honus Wagner T206 baseball card, which sold over $ 9 million last year.
It is thought that James’ newly merged billionaire status could affect sales.
The auction opens on Wednesday and closes on June 25.
