NRL News | Krunalla Premiership hero Sosaiya Feki, Ricky Lutel shopping

The two Premiership-winning foreign backs want to return to the NRL in 2023.

Classy center Ricky Lutel and powerhouse winger Socia Fakey – both members of Cronular’s historic first premiere-winning team of 2016 – are shopping at NRL clubs.

The pair have spent the last few seasons in the Super League and both are ready to return home and return to Australia.

The 32-year-old Lutel is playing for Huddersfield Club this season. The center experienced by shark fans when tackling the final of the 2016 Grand Slam will always be remembered when Melbourne looked like they were about to snatch the game.

Fakey has made a bad run with injuries at Castleford and Featherstone, playing less than 20 minutes in three seasons in the Super League.

But the 31-year-old is close to returning to action and NRL clubs who consider him a dangerous running game may be ready to offer him a train and trial deal for 2023.
