A violent brawl broke out at Suncorp Stadium, with several fans involved in a fight that stunned spectators.
Captured by a phone camera from the ground, 9 News reporter Mark Gottlieb posted the view on Twitter, describing it as “another insulting act.”
The second incident of mob violence for a match at Suncorp Stadium in recent weeks, followed by a wild scene during the Broncos clash with a Bulldog on Anjak Day.

On that occasion the crowd turned on a Broncos fan who shouted during the minute’s silence as part of a pre-game show, was grabbed by a Bulldogs supporter and punched in the head several times.
The Broncos clash with Manley on the first night of the Magic Round seemed to be more widespread, with several fights between fans in the same seating area.
In the video shared by Gottlieb, fans wearing jerseys to support multiple different parties are involved, with one supporter falling backwards from several rows of seats after being hit in the head.
Spotfire then breaks among the other fans. One is heard to ask “where is the security”, while many rejoice.
Journalist Brett Derbritz wrote in response to Gottlieb’s tweet: “I have family members who take their young children to the footpath. It will not happen unless it is stamped out.”
