Paramatman week from hell has taken a turn for the worse and the series center Tom is leaving the club to play in the Opasic Super League.
Several British clubs are chasing the 27-year-old center, where Hal KR is leading.
Opasic is not a game breaker but a consistent player who has been in Brad Arthur’s top team most of the season.

Defense is his specialty. He wasn’t playing Monday’s 34-4 loss to the Bulldogs and as it turns out, the Canterbury Ellis defense has expanded.
Opacic made an attempt at the NSW Cup last weekend and was included in the 22-member squad to meet with the rosters on Saturday night.
Opasic began his career with the Broncos in 2016 but a two-shoulder reconstruction saw him play little in first grade there.
He moved to the Cowboys in 2019 and played in the club’s successful NRL Nines squad the following year.
He joined ILS last year and was a fairly regular member of the top party but is coming out of the deal.
